Entrevista
You go through two stages of interviews. You start with a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager and do a second interview with a Store Manager. You also have to take a personality assessment test, a rigorous background check, and drug testing. If you have ever worked at another sex shop you probably won't get hired. I am not sure why this is a deal breaker for them.

Entrevista
Did the basic details of name, age, experience. I explained my previous toy store experience and immediately got the job. If you have retail OR toy knowledge, you're good to go. Hiring manager at the time of my recruitment was extremely easy to talk with. New hiring manager requires further information, but works closely with corporate to streamline bodies.

Entrevista
The first interview I had was over the phone with their head of sales. She was nice and said that i should go stop in the store and speak with the other supervisors and see if I would be a good fit. I would then have to email her with how it went. As soon as I emailed her I got an offer of employment.
