Applied online, they were very responsive. It was a 30 minute phone screen with a recruiter and asked questions about items on your resume and previous work experience. The recruiter was very kind and easy to talk to.

Entrevista
I am a college senior with an expected December graduation. So I met a recruiter at my schools career fair. A week later the recruiter emailed me asking if I was interested in learning more about Castro. I replied and a informal meeting was set up to discuss my interest and for her to answer any questions I may have had about Castro. About a week later my interview with a supervisor and a manager was set. Two weeks later after requesting an update I received an offer from the company.

It was a very quick, pleasant interview process. Everyone I talked to was very welcoming and kind. It felt very conversational. It seems like a great place to start your career.
