A non-technical cultural interview at first.
Then, a coding challenge. I chose a language and a framework I was not so expert yet and, in retrospect, it was not a great choice.
I didn't get the job but devs and HR were very polite with me. I got valuable and constructive feedbacks.

Made a very long test for them. Made the whole process till the end, interview with the whole team included. Weeks later no answer, I write to them and they tell they forgot...! Frustrating. So much time wasted. Don't lose your time in this company.

Entrevista
First a standard HR interview that covers your personality, your experiences as a developer and expectations for the future. The interviewer also presents the company, their flat structure and what they are doing every day. At the end of the session they gave me a frontend test to solve, just to see how good you are at approaching problems. The test was straightforward, but really generic so it was dangerously easy to make wild guesses about what they would eventually evaluate.
