Here at Casumo we really value our candidates' time and all the effort they put in each recruitment stage, that's the reason why we work hard to be very efficient with feedback and communication. In that sense, we believe that whenever we need to discuss a topic very quickly (5 min max) or ask a simple question to a candidate it's way easier to do it via phone, instead of scheduling another online meeting or doing it via email (also to respect their privacy).
