Its a two step interview process where the first step is over the phone for the production manager and HR. Then if they like you, you are asked to come in for an in person interview. But you are told to submit a job to print. When you should up you are then given a brief walk through of the process using your print as a sample. Then you are sat down with the entire production team for a full interview.
