The company was highly accommodating, offering flexibility to align with my tight schedule; I was even able to complete the interview during my lunch break. The hr interview was an open first round interview. Very brief, but a screen for a second round interview also with HR, that was significantly longer. Transparent throughout the process and respectful of scheduling.
