two thirty minute sessions with the hiring manager and the director. The interview was fairly straightfoward. Catalent tends to hire based off of educational status rather than finding the perfect fit for the role.

- HR: At this stage, it was straightforward with few basic questions about my background.
- HM and Panel: More inclined towards technical.
