It was one on one with project executive. The interview went well. I was interested in the company but I ended up taking another position with another general contractor. They seem to be a great GC to work for.,

Had good interview with one of the partners in Denver. Was called for a second interview at the Ft. Morgan location with all of the partners. Day of interview, there was a snow blizzard. Drove 2 hours in the snow for the interview for what was literally a 9 minute interview. Both partners did not bother to ask me questions. They seemed to have made the decision that they were not interested in my candidacy before I even arrived. Not sure why I was called for a second interview but I felt it was so disrespectful to waste my time and have me drive in dangerous weather conditions If there was no interest and it was very clear that there was not.
