3rd Round Hiring Manager Interview
4th Round Executive Interview
Overall, it was a very standard hiring procedure. My one critique is that the recruiter wasn't super familiar with the role they were interviewing me for or the skills that would be needed, but asked very technical questions which made it a little stop and go in the conversation and hard to tell how the interview went.

Terrible - Run away fast!! Don't even bother wasting your time with these people. They are on a sinking ship and you can tell they are miserable when you meet them. Especially the HR interviewers - they are like lifeless zombies with no personality, and extremely unkind, and sometimes downright rude. They will lie to your face and then ghost you. If you are reading this prior to interviewing, then quit now while you are ahead and save yourself the headache. I regret not trusting the 90% negative review that I read, so don't make my mistake. The only positive reviews of Catchafire have got to be totally fake!

Ghosting is fine for Tinder, but completely unprofessional for an organization that has been around for almost 15 years. If you begin the interviewing process with a candidate and speak to them face to face, give them positive feedback, they should also be given the courtesy of a reply when they reach out for updates on a very long interview process. The process for interviewing was average, professional questions and the hr person seemed nice, but after two calls completely fell off the planet never to be heard from again. Doesn’t leave a good impression of the organization, won’t recommend anyone be working with Catchafire, but after reading through the negative reviews, seems like that is well known fact at this point and return customers are few.
