Applied for the role through university career portal and got an email a week or so later asking me to head down to their office for the Catena Recruit Day where there will be at maximum 10 candidates go through interviews in the same day. Firstly we had a Java written test asking us 2 questions, one of them will be to write a method to check if a string is a palindrome. The test is then reviewed and graded and candidates were called into separate rooms to talk to an experienced developer where there are personality and technical questions. Wasn't able to answer all technical questions so the interview was concluded and stopped halfway as the interviewer was not convinced of my technical skills.
