Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 dia. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Cater2.me (Boston, MA).
Entrevista
Applied online and heard back a week or so later to set up a phone interview. Had the initial phone interview with someone on the West Coast. It was a solid conversation. Wasn't really looking for the type of culture they had so did not want to move forward in the process, but the next step would be another phone interview than an onsite.

Entrevista
Recruiter contacted me over email to speak to them the next day. Call was good, and she told me that she wanted me to chat with the manager over the phone within the week. I let the recruiter know that I had deadlines coming up, and she said she would speed up the process for me. Spoke with the manager who said during the call that he liked my experience and would like to schedule an in-person interview. Recruiter got back to me to schedule an in-person interview for the following week. I was scheduled to meet with 3 team members, 2 of them didn't show up so I only spoke to 1. Interview was supposed to be for an hour and a half, but was cut to 20 minutes since only 1 person showed up. It went well (I answered all her questions and she gave positive responses) but she didn't seem well prepared at all. The interviewer told me they would get back to me within the week at latest. I contacted the recruiter letting her know of my upcoming deadline, and she told me also that they would get back to me in a week. I pushed my deadline till then, only to contact the recruiter again who said they are "still finalizing the details of the position" and weren't sure when they could get back to me.
Obviously when I read that email, I moved on.
It's been a month and a half and haven't gotten a yes or no from them. Completely ghosted, waste of my time. I then looked at the Glassdoor reviews and learned I dodged a bullet. Would not recommend to anyone. Don't waste your time here! THERE'S A REASON THIS 10-YEAR OLD COMPANY HASN'T MOVED ON FROM BEING A "STARTUP".
