Interview was very simple and made to answer questions in the STAR format. I was asked specifics on my background in manufacturing ex takt time on projects, cost savings and work flow.

Good interview process, very professional and informed. Two interviews one with HR and one technical interview. Posted for the job in October and did not hear from Cat until the November or December timeframe.
