Application Video interview - They give you unlimited retakes so you can practice as many times as you want. Assessment centre - Firstly they give an introduction to the company and the assessors that are present. Then you work on a group activity where you get assessed for how you work as a team. After that, half the group goes on a site tour and the other does a presentation each according to the material you had prepared in a week’s advance. The two teams switch. There are technical questions asked for the presentation so be prepared. Finally, the individual interviews are done roughly 1 hour where they ask STAR questions and one technical question at the end. Offer
