Held phone interview with Caterpillar HR representatives, and was then invited for an interview at Caterpillar's HQ. The later, was comprised of a presentation where I was asked to review my resume with a panel of four Caterpillar managers followed by individual interview sessions with each panel member. Interview questions were mainly behavioral questions.

Meet virtually with three interviewers at the same time. They take turns asking STAR questions and the whole process to about 1 hour. After the interview, if you’re selected, you’ll go through a background check and drug test.
