It was a very straightforward interview. Simple technical questions and some behavioral questions. First round was with 2 team members and another round was with managers. Followed with an HR interview.

It was for hourly pay entry level staff accountant position. A staffing agency contacted me and I interviewed for it. They were hiring for corporate accounting and management accounting. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and they only asked behavioral questions. It was a virtual interview with two of the team members who were hiring.

STAR Format Interview process, Interview panel, standard interview, over a month to hear back from Caterpillar. Over Microsoft Teams which didn't not work during the initial interview. Are we at 30 words yet?
