It will start with a straight forward Phone interview with hiring manager. If that goes well it well be follwed up with a panel interview. they will ask simple questions "with no right or wrong answer" to get an understanding of you think and react.

5 people in a room with questions off of a list that they have prepared for every employee. These questions are rarely deviated from unless you need to be asked about a specific task. I was asked about my experience in school and at my previous jobs. Then a small verbal skills test was given by the direct manager to learn how well your problem solving skills were. It was a long interview of 4 hours with a half hour break. Tour of the local facility after the interview is over if you like.
