First interview was a Teams meeting where they went over the program and asked a few behavioral questions. They also asked specific questions about your resume. They asked why Caterpillar.

The first step was phone screening. The second step was a group panel interview with 4 other interviewers, which was an hour long consisting mostly of behavioral with few technical questions. I liked the fact that it was a short interview process.
