3 interviewers. They used targeted selection interview questions. Will ask questions along the lines of how you managed a certain situation in the past, what was the outcome, how do you cope with stress, etc.
Each interview could take about 45 mins to 1 hr.

STAR interview format (situation task action result). Had three Interviews during the day with various groups, along with a dinner beforehand and lunch during the day. They are really trying to look for soft skills here.

Entrevista
From what I understand, all marketing positions at Caterpillar are filled by a recruiter. The interview process with the recruiting agency was straight-forward; good preparation. After that, I had a phone interview with Caterpillar - person who heads the trade shows - and it was very casual and informative. Less about me and more about Caterpillar. The following week, I was invited to meet that person face-to-face with a few other marketing employees. They liked to see samples of my work.

What are three things about this position that concern you?
I met with a recruiter at a career fair, who told me to apply to the position. About two weeks later I received an email from the HR group with some forms and questions to fill out. Three weeks after that I got a call for the on site interview. The questions were all STAR based.
