Interview is robust, process oriented. They want to know your understanding of the business process flows in a manufacturing industry environment. They do not focus on the technical details of the job role, which is good, since that can be handled as long as you understand the business requirements and the business process flows to implement any solution. Work environment is very balanced, sometimes it gets hectic when we have P1 and P2 tickets, else the level of work pressure is steady and manageable.
