Did not enjoy answering STAR questions for over an hour just to be informed that they hired from a plant that was shutting down. There were no questions about work experience or what sort of work I enjoyed doing, Just behavioral questions which seemed less like doing a job and more like filling a personality spot on a team.

Share an experience where you had to work with a difficult team member
It was pretty good but not the best. They asked me a lot of questions during the interview but it was mostly behavioral. I had one interview on campus and then I got an offer

Interview was moderate and was related to basic of domain but clarity of thoughts and application oriented thinking is needed for clearing of interview. Application subjects should be well versed of you domain.

It was a very simple process. Nice people who took time to listen and answer questions. I would recommend attempting to find a job here. Very nice people and great place to work.
