Friendly interviewers though very traditional hiring process. It was more focused on grades, GPA and educational qualifications over accomplishments. Caterpillar was built on innovation. I think scrutinising on grades is pretty superficial. I suggest looking beyond paper qualifications and more on relevant experience, and innovation.
