It was a very casual interview. There was only one round of interviews. Asked all behavioral questions and stuff related to my resume; heavy emphasis on STAR format. Topics included strengths, weaknesses, problem-solving, and adaptability.

The process was very straightforward and professional. It consisted of a one on three session that focused on five specific behavioral questions. All responses were expected to follow the STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to demonstrate past procurement experience and problem-solving skills.
