Entrevista
There were 2 stages to the internship recruitment process:
- Online aptitude test (Take some practice tests before you attempt it as they use tests from one of the trickier apt test providers)
- Group interview (Conducted in groups of ~10)

For the group interview, a case study is given and the interviewees are asked to work together in order to present a solution. The case study will be engineering related (e.g. how to execute maintenance operations under time constraints) and a specific plan with short to long term implementation and methods will be required. The interviewing panel (which consists of a number of managers from different engineering teams and some HR staff) will follow up with technical questions such as how to prioritize resources, or general questions such as what are your thoughts w.r.t. how the team worked together.
The panel can be rather harsh so be prepared to face some backlash if you do not think through your answers properly.

The Case interview is about a series of problems that are linked to some management issues.
No in-depth engineering knowledge is required, but would be good if you can name some terms during the interview

Good flow. The questions are tough but you can really see they put importance on every position even for the intern post. Group discussion and presentation skill are importance. Conduct in English. Please be punctual
