2 interviews one with HR and second interview with a director and supervisor . During the interview they asked me many questions it was a little over an hour long. But overall it was a pleasant experience and both of them made me feel comfortable.

The first interview is a Phone screening interview , the second and third interview are both panel interviews. The panel interviews consist of scripted textbook questions from colleagues (other case managers) and direct manager.
