Applied for an outpatient clinician position. I waited more than 3 months and did not hear anything. Needed to follow up with HR which finally prompted an interview. I completed the interview but never heard anything back. Many months have past since the interview without any sort of correspondence. I see continuous posts for this position. The interview process feels very drawn out and I did not feel I was valued as a potential candidate throughout.
