Straightforward, in-person. Most of the questions were about experiences and what you can bring to the unit. Very few questions about situational care. Overall, fairly relaxed and more of a conversation.

Talent acquisition contacted me and asked me a few questions about myself and what my interests were as new Nurse, and then asked if I was available to come in for an interview. The interview was with talent acquisition two days later and everyone was super friendly. I was then set up for another interview with a Nurse manager the follow week. The process went very quick. My passion was for the NICU and I found the team to be very supportive of me following my path to work with newborns. They welcomed me to come for the next interview but helped guide me in the direction of other hospitals that could offer me pediatrics.
