The interview process was surprisingly longer for such a low grade position. They required a background check, you were made to take a test, and had to do an in store interview.

The interview was informal. The manager walked me through store inventory and we discussed the customers, current and future sales, and frequency of rack changes. She was very informative and nice.

I felt the interview process at Cato was pretty standard. I went in the store to get an application and set up a time to meet with the manager. During the interview, she asked me multiple questions about my experience and why I was interested in the job.
