The recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn about a Customer Success Manager (CSM) opportunity. I was very excited because CATO Networks is performing exceptionally well.
The recruiter scheduled an interview for me with the Director of CSM. During the interview, the director seemed more interested in my current company than in my qualifications or experience. Interview fand statt. Danach gab es keine weitere Information, weder eine Zusage für das nächste Gespräch noch eine Absage. Die Firma sollte selbst bei starker Nachfrage an Bewerbungen zumindest eine kurze Nachricht hinterlassen das es nicht weitergeht.
