I work for a big company, so it was a huge relief going through the interview process at Catsy. It was efficient, and to the point. The entire process from the first call to offer took about a week. Along the way, I also got a demo of the product, which I liked because I wanted to be aware of the learning curve. The app is fairly easy to use. I applied on angel.co. The interview process was first laid out and responses were prompt and detailed. I also liked the fact that one of the interviews was after hours, so there was minimal conflict with my current job.

Entrevista
The interviewer was mean, rude, and highly unprofessional. I applied online on Angel. Co. A few days later, without any concerns about my availability, they called me when I was driving to another interview. The interviewer didn't greet me, asked something, "Is it..?" During an interview, he interrupted me multiple times, asked irrelevant questions, didn't allow me to finish my sentences. In general, he was very arrogant, aggressive, and mean. Stay away from this company! If they treat applicants like this during an initial interview, things will definitely get worse further.

Entrevista
I interviewed at Catsy since I worked in ecommerce. The process was short and I liked the fact that they got back to me with their decision quickly. I was asked standard questions on my prior experience and my favorite marketing channels. I've done a lot of social but since they are b2b, they needed someone with different skills.
