The interview had several stages, and the process took about 6 weeks. After a talent partner's initial screen, you were asked to do a case study and then meet with the manager (both virtual). The manager was interested in my background as a scientist, asked lots of questions and also went through the responses in the case study, which I was asked to present. Following this meeting, I met with the VP of the department in a virtual call and lastly the co-founders in an in-person meeting. While there were lots of questions from all the interviewers, it never felt like they were grilling you, but rather probing to get you know you and your way of thinking better. They also dedicated lots of time on questions the candidate has about the company and the working environment, which was a very positive experience.

Had initial round with recruiter was told I’m moving on and was sent a calendar invite to schedule, did so then was ghosted for 4 weeks until I got a general rejection email
