I got to two steps of the process, but from my experience there was a one-way video interview which stays pretty light toward describing your background and experiences and basically elaborating on your resume a little bit, it involves nothing too technical. Next, I got invited to do a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager, which was a little bit more technical and they ask a few basic questions and to provide examples of times you used new technology or had to advocate for a group or a team you've been a part of to use a certain methodology for a project. It was pretty similar to the one-way interview, just more real-time and slightly adjusted questions.
