There were three stages in the interview process. First a recruiter/team member screener. Then an exercise focused on analysis + email marketing. Finally an in-person interview with multiple team members.

My interview included a phone screen, a case project with a problem set, and two final round interviews in person. Everyone was very friendly and the project itself included a little data analysis.
