Panel interview with Post Doc, Head of the Lab, and HR of CeMM 30 minutes on each interviewer. Zoom online. It went smoothly and calm. Each interviewer asked questions related to the role and responsibilities.

It was a fast interview process and we got the decision in 3 weeks time. There was a phone interview followed by an on site series of interviews. However, the reason they refused me the position was very absurd. I was the top 2 candidate and even though the other person had less experience than me, they were offered the position.
