Interviewer asked questions about customer service, IT knowledge and competencies, and overall personality and work ethic. Interviewer was very friendly and thoroughly described the position and the company itself. Interview process began with a phone screening, followed by a scheduled live interview at their Schaumburg office.

General Questions. Interviewer wasn't very experienced. Appeared nervous. Manual process. Test was irrelevant to the job I was applying to. Place seemed disorganized. Lot of my questions interviewer didn't have any answers. I had to ask a lot of questions to understand what was expected. Interviews didn't explain the company well.
