It was a smooth interview process, easy simple questions like "why did you want to pursue a career in aviation?" the interviewer was very polite and welcoming. Since the interview was done in groups, we all had to answer the questions with the other applicants in the call which made answering the same way very awkward even though you really wanted to answer in one way you would feel the need to answer the question differently since the other applicants answered with your thoughts already.

They were responsive at first, especially when coordinating the interview schedule. However, after the initial interview was completed, I no longer received any updates from them. I attempted to follow up several times through text messages, phone calls, and emails, but I did not get any response. My calls also seemed to be declined or unanswered. Despite my efforts to seek clarification or feedback, there was no communication from their end. This lack of response left me uncertain about the status of my application and the next steps in the process.
