Overall, the interview went smoothly. The team was very welcoming, the questions were thoughtful and directly related to the role. They also included a relatively straightforward Revit task and a short test to evaluate general knowledge of the software.

The questions focused on previous experience, skills, and knowledge in the field, including the specific tasks handled in past roles and experience in developing construction-level documentation.
Initial conversation with screener. Review materials, revit questionnaire, resume, interview with design staff. Discussion of workflow, time management skills, technology use, etc. Very nice and made me feel comfortable. Got impression that workload is high and excellent level of design.

Entrevista
Online initially. Then in person. Was conducted by Associates (senior persons) and they were nice. I had heard about my interviewer being kind and she was. Problem was that she was obviously not able to hire without input from owners. And when I met them I did not like them. One of them was interested in hearing herself talk - but not interested in my own questions and interests. Pass
