Panel of 3 people asked basic library related questions which were okay, but then they had me read a book as if I was in a story time and 2 of the people said they would behave like "normal" children in a story time. Well they acted as if they were the most bizarre children in the world. I have been a children's librarian for over 10 years and I've never had any children (or adults) act like that. One of them even said repeatedly "You're weird. I don't like you." I decided right then that this was NOT a positive work environment and not to take the job.
