The first step was a phone interview with HR, once that is done an in-person interview is fine with groups of different departments you may be working with. It ended with an interview with what would be the immediate manager and upper management. Overall, they were extremely friendly and the interview process, while fairly long, was enjoyable. It was a great group of people working to see how well to gauge talent and how well the interviewee's personality fit with existing employees.
