The interview process involves multiple interviews. Someone in corporate typically reaches out to express interest in your application/resume and to Guage your interest as well. They also explain the company, it's values, culture, etc. I really liked this because it answered most of my questions I would have asked in the interview. You will then set up another interview. Possibly two, then often brought into your possible office location to meet other employees to see the ins and outs of what your job will look like as well to see if you are a good fit.
