Got a verbal offer 2 weeks after interview. Prior to that, there is competency exam about your specialty, skills checklist, personality thru Prophecy

Over zoom. A lot of scenario questions some on conflict resolution and some where I was given patient vitals, presentation, and medications and what I would do. Interviewers were friendly
