It was pretty good! The first round was just one on one which I did a lot of research for. I would advice asking questions relating to the research the lab is doing. The second interview I had was very long, they had 5 people interview me and it lasted over 3 hours so a bit intense. It was mostly behavioural questions but some relating to the role. I think it was a bit easy for me cause I’m used to interviews and I had done a lot of planning before hand but if you’re confident you should be fine.

The interview process starts with talking to HR first, then an interview with the lead scientist and finally an interview with the PI. After a week maybe two HR will make you an offer when you try to rebuttal the salary because its usually lower than most places they will barely try to budge.
