The whole process took near 3 weeks, meeting with PI and then coding interview, the 3rd round with the team member. It was not tough and has no guidelines like the industry that what is going to be asked in the interview. And not as formal/structured as the formal interview. More importantly, HR sent out reminders of references 3 times a day including at midnight

I applied online in February ( a little late in the application process). They moved very quickly, responding to my application within one day. I went through three phone interviews, one onsite test, and one onsite interview. Everyone was nice and accommodating.
