I interviewed at cefalo through an employee referral. It was a cultural fit session with Hr and the managing director. They asked me about my professional experience, work culture, client handling, some behavioral questions etc.

Entrevista
I've applied through the company website. I've added technical expertise, years of experience, notice period, expected salary. After about 1 month they contacted me for an online interview. There were 2 senior person (technical) in the interview. The interview lasted for around 1 hour.
