2 days after applying online, I received an email with common questions like my work permit status etc.
3 days later after my answers, I got an email with the only stupid question "Is the phone number provided in your resume is an U.S. number?". (No, when I'm applying to the U.S. based company I always provide an German phone number :) ).
7 days after I answered to this, I got another stupid email with among the other things "Please give the best number to reach you". At this point I was concerned maybe the guys don't want to do phone interview by some reason and just in case answered that Skype is preferable and gave them my Skype ID. My suggestion about Skype was completely ignored and they finally appoint an interview by phone at 2:00 AM in my timezone and they knew about this.
When the big day, actually big night, came and I didn't got the call from them down to 2:30AM, I sent an email with a question if the interview was called off, because they didn't provide any phone number which I could use to reach them by myself. And I got answer that they call me at 5:00AM. Just right this way, no any apologies for shifting for 3 hours later without any notification! When I didn't get the call again in 5:15 AM I went to bed and next day they answered "We called you". This was just out of any human ethics and I just lost any desire to talk with them.
Also, I didn't get even single "Hi" or "Regards" in any email from them, though, I use these in my every email.
In addition, I can tell you that they require to pay them $4K for filing an H1b petition for you.
If you aren't still convinced, check out their web site. The last update of content there was in about 2005 - 2007.
That was the most horrible job negotiation experience in my life!!!
