Celigo's interview process felt very by the book. After passing an initial phone screen with a recruiter, I had subsequent interviews with a team member, the team manager, a panel presentation, and finally an interview with the division VP. I then provided references that were checked thoroughly followed by a background check before an offer was made. I had confidence in the process and communication throughout.

This role is a bit of a pivot for me, but during the interview process there was a focus on ability to understand the complex challenges a customer may face and my ability to help manage that.
Went through two rounds and was ghosted. Recruiter moved me through relatively quick and then me with hiring manager. Role has been open for several months now. Not sure what they're looking for and don't think they know either.
