Entrevista
Everything goes really good in an interview. I was sure I will get an offer because even the manager made a joke that I should work even bad weather condition since my house is very close to the office. But later BA asked me how many kids do I have. I feel like should not lie and say the truth. But looks like saying truth is not working during interviews some time.

Entrevista
It was very laid back. It was a series of interviews with a couple of questions about how I look at things. There wasn't really talk of benefits or perks. Management talked heavily about how they need people to come in and change things, which is good and bad.
I was never given time with a member of the HR team to figure out how my life would look working at CellTrak.
I didn't really see how they established if I could code or not, which makes me wary of the quality of potential co-workers. Got the impression they may just be looking for bodies.

I think, what does TDD mean to you? was the most technical question.
Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa CellTrak Technologies.
Entrevista
The interview was broken down into two stages. First the phone interview, which was brief and asked basic questions relating to the position and past work experience. The second interview was face to face which lasted 2 hours and was broken down into intervals of 20 to 30 minutes to allow 5 individuals the opportunity to ask different interview questions. The interviewers did not seem prepared or know what questions to ask. The format of the interview was stressful and redundant at times. Parts of the interview felt rushed and unorganized due to the scheduling of other interviews. The times mentioned for follow up took longer than expected.
