I applied for the role online at the Cello Health website and I also reached out to a recruiter on LinkedIn to schedule an interview. The recruiter I spoke with was new with the company and didn’t know anything about the role. She also hadn’t looked at my resume prior to the interview, which was super unprofessional. At that point I should’ve walked away but I didn’t against my better judgment. I was then sent a writing assessment which took quite a bit of time. I completed after work at my FT job. After a week after the due date, I still hadn’t heard anything so I reached out to follow up. The response I got was an automatic email stating that I was no longer a candidate. The recruiter then called me to let me know I didn’t pass the assessment. When I asked for feedback, I wasn’t given any. Overall my experience was very negative and it felt very unorganized and unprofessional. This company really needs to get people on the same page, provide feedback, and pay people for their time completing tests.

it was a few steps process that took a long time to be scheduled 1. screening call with HR 2. competency interview 3. online test for decision making 4. peer chat 5. case study presentation HR contacted me 2 months after my application, then it took a good month to schedule the first call, which was so short - they didn't explain the process nor let me ask questions. All stages took good 3 weeks to schedule. People seemed nice but information given was not clear, including the expectations for the case study.
