I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, then met in person with the hiring manager a week later and came back a third time to meet with a group of about 7 people that the position would interact with on a consistent basis. The overall process wasn't bad, but there was never any follow up on the status of the position. I reached out to the recruiter after a few weeks, to see if I was still a potential candidate and never heard back. That part was fairly disappointing - not that I wasn't hired, but that there was no confirmation of the status of the process.
