I was contacted by a recruiter who set up a video interview. The video interview was easy, very standard questions. After that I was asked to do a face-to-face interview with a team leader, but the recruiter was very disorganized and scheduled the interview for a store in a completely different region (about a 4 hour drive from me), so it had to be rescheduled to the correct location. When I finally met the team lead, he seemed annoyed to be having to do an interview and acted like he'd rather be anywhere else in the world. He barely asked any questions, I was there for less than 30 minutes. He said he'd let me know something by the end of the day, but he didn't. Two weeks later, the recruiter called asking if I had done my interview. I told her I had and that I hadn't heard anything despite being told I would. She said she would contact him and let me know what happened, mentioning that she thought from my video interview and resume that I was a perfect fit for the position. Three days after that, I received an email stating they had decided not to move forward. The whole thing was very unprofessional, in my opinion.

Went very well. Very informative and transparent. I left knowing a lot more than I went in knowing. The interview was very straight forward and to the point. The interviewer was very professional and had information to back up everything that was said.
