I had applied for the post using the recruitment site. I was contacted by the recruiter and the first round of interview was setup with the HR. It was a 30 min round. The HR was really good and had asked all the relevant questions. Later I got the mail for the second round which was introduction round with the team. It was a 30 min call and two members were supposed to join one senior developer and lead. The senior developer was not able to join so the interview was done by the Lead who had just joined the company. The lead had not even check my profile before coming to the interview and was expecting from me to know about Angular when my resume and the job which I had applied for was for Java backend and spring. Later I was sent the mail that they found a better candidate. Totally disappointing interview process.
